If you have some extra gray cotton lycra lying around, you can make yourself any of the corresponding Starfleet tank tops and/or T-shirts relative ease by using and slightly altering some easily obtainable, off-the-shelf patterns.
For instance, for the tank top, Simplicity 9330 would be a decent option for use as a base:
Kwik Sew 2334 is out of print, but if you can obtain a copy, it would make a good base for either the tank top or the (non-hero) T-shirt:

For the "hero T-shirt" introduced in Deep Space Nine's seventh season and Voyager's fifth season, most raglan shirt patterns would probably work fine; just add the appropriate vertical seams in the front and back (and the back zipper closure).
For instance, Simplicity 3577 would probably be a good base (obviously once made a short-sleeved garment and probably taken down a size or two to be more form-fitting):
